Coach

As a qualified personal trainer with a particular interest  in pre- and post-natal fitness, I bring a unique, empathetic approach to coaching that meets you where you are without sacrificing the accountability needed for real, transformative progress. My journey has been shaped by both personal and professional challenges. During my early fitness journey, I navigated struggles with weight and nutrition, especially while facing the journey to motherhood and striving to make sustainable lifestyle changes.

Four years, three transformations, and two beautiful children later, my perspective on health and fitness has evolved beyond appearance. It’s now about resilience, strength, and setting a positive example for my daughters. As a busy mum myself, I understand the unpredictable demands life can place on us, and I believe in a compassionate, adaptable coaching approach. Life with children doesn’t always go to plan, and I get that! 

At the same time, I know that powerful accountability is essential to achieving lasting results. That’s why my coaching approach is grounded in empathetic support combined with a results-driven methodology. Through Alpha Camp, I’ve refined my techniques and, with their structure I personally lost 21kg and 20cm from my waist—three times over. I’m now here to help other pre- and post-natal women reclaim their health, prioritising themselves and breaking the pattern of always putting their needs last. Together, we’ll build a sustainable path that empowers you, benefits your family, and allows you to bring your best self into every area of your life.
