I understand the challenges of the fitness journey firsthand. Weighing over 90kg and struggling with basic activities like walking and climbing stairs left me feeling exhausted. Joining Alpha Camp was a pivotal moment for me, leading to a transformation where I lost 25kg and 30cm off my midsection. Along the way, I developed a passion for running and strength training and took on fitness challenges such as Tough Mudder and half marathons.
Now, as a qualified personal trainer and coach at Alpha Camp, I combine my lived experience with technical knowledge to empower others on their journeys. I’ve faced moments of wanting to give up while navigating the stresses of life, family, and work. These experiences have taught me invaluable lessons and revealed the inner strength necessary for success. I believe in constantly pushing myself out of my comfort zone and challenging my limits; I refuse to settle for anything less than my best.
