You Don’t Have to Set Yourself on Fire to Keep Others Warm.
This is a lesson I learned in my early 30s, and it changed the trajectory of my life.
I come from a family rich in Indian culture and food—a family of chefs and restaurateurs, where every meal was a celebration. But it was also a family shaped by traditions and habits that led to illnesses like type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. Watching this unfold, I realized it was time to break the cycle.
I believe you can have it all: a thriving social life, a busy family life, and incredible health and body confidence. As women, we’re often made to believe that self-care is selfish. But I’m here to redefine that narrative.
Self-care isn’t selfish, it is the highest form of self-respect.
I’m here to show you how to prioritize yourself without guilt, to achieve a body you love without sacrificing the joys of life, and to feel strong, confident, and unstoppable in everything you do.
Let’s work together to build a life where health and happiness go hand in hand. It’s time to put yourself first because when you do, everyone around you benefits too.
